Reynolds Water Co.'s HASSLE-FREE Returns and Exchanges:

Everything you buy from us is backed by our 30 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for any reason and your product total will be refunded less a $5.00 per item handling charge.  Please remember, though, that all items must be returned in their original unopened packaging, and in their original boxes.    

How to Return an item by mail to Reynolds Water Conditioning Co:

Complete and detach the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the packing slip included in your package.  Fill out the form completely.  The Return/Exchange Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit.

Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.

• Please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 3-5 business days for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account.

If you return any item, your return will be processed in 1-3 days from the date of receipt in our Fulfillment Center, and your account credited, 7-10 business days after we have processed your return, depending on your credit card issuer. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card less the handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund return postage.

If you exchange your item(s), Reynolds Water Conditioning Co. will not charge you any additional shipping and order processing costs. If you would like to exchange your item for a higher priced product, please include payment, or we would be glad to charge your credit card. If you would like to exchange your item for a lower priced product, we will refund you the difference.

Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order only if your purchases have not yet shipped. Normally an order will ship the day after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel an order, and you know your order has not yet shipped, simply notify our Customer Care department of your cancellation wishes: 1-800-572-9575.

If you cancel your order, your account will not be billed. Reynolds Water Conditioning Co. bills a credit card only when the product has shipped.

Incorrect Order Received

If you received an item in error, please return the incorrect item (and your postage receipt) postage paid insured to the following address:
