We had a Culligan system for almost 35 years and it stopped working in March of this year. I called Reynolds Water Conditioning and left a message. Within 10 minutes, Jamie Reynolds the President of the company called me to discuss our situation. He diagnosed our needs and we agreed to the correct model at a more than fair price. About 10 days later, the installer from Reynolds came for the installation of the new machine. He was very knowledgeable and professional providing us with a neat and clean installation in about 3 hours. He then walked us through the simplicity of the the machine and answered all of our questions. After 2 months now, the water is perfect and uses a minimal amount of salt and the regeneration cycle is very quiet. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the Reynolds softener and the owners involvement and commitment to excellent service. We highly recommend Reynolds for a review of any water issues in your home or business . They are the best in their field.
