My water was in a bad way — it smelled, it tasted bad, stained my toilets and showers, was so hard that I could not get a lather when washing dishes. I really thought that it was impossible to fix it, and it was just the way “well water was”. I was sooo wrong. I called five places and decided to go with Reynolds because of the immense knowledge (Lou is amazing) and professionalism. I also liked how they make their own equipment/products, versus a technician installing a different brand. They were the only ones that could tell me exactly what their products are made of and can do. All other quotes were just talk, but I wanted specs on what I was buying. I decided to get a new water softener and Reverse Osmosis (arsenic filter too because Oakland County Health found high levels of arsenic). MY WATER IS AMAZING NOW! It is soft, tasty, and clear. For 10 years, my family refused to drink my water. I did a taste test with store-bought spring water, store-bought purified water, and my faucet water, and my RO water. They all could not tell the difference and thought my waters were the bottled stuff! No more bottled water for them when they visit! And for me, nice, soft showers!
